We work with non-profits of all types and sizes to assess their fundraising goals and the needs of each event we create or consult on. Utilizing these objectives, the Greater Good Events team can plan, coordinate and execute beautiful, thoughtful and effective events. Wedding and Event Planning Packages

Partial Event Planning

Assist in Coordination and Planning + "Day Of Coordination" Package

This planning option, gives us an opportunity to work with clients who are more hands on in their planning process. These clients typically come to us after selecting their venue and some of their vendors. We will work with clients to manage their wedding/event budgets, recommend tried and true vendors, assist in menu selection, ceremony ideas and design, event design and focus, and wedding/event day timeline. This package also includes all day of event coordination services and event execution.

Day of Event Coordination

Handle On-Site Day of Event
Typically beginning one month prior to event

Work with clients who have planned their wedding, but want assistance on their special day to enjoy it! We will manage all day of event needs including: vendor coordination, room set-up/break-down if needed. Build and maintain event timeline, oversee ceremony – guest seating/programs/ chuppa/ketubah signing, processional, ensure that everything flows as it should, manage families as well as "day of" surprises. Coordinate vendor close out procedures; specifically ensuring all items are boxed and labeled accordingly and donated food and flowers are picked-up.

Areas where we may work à la carte: event budgeting, vendor vetting, menu/caterer management, ceremony set-up, rehearsal set-up and coordination, rehearsal dinner coordination, guest/hotel coordination, transportation, travel agent recommendations, website/registry assistance and management, party/guest favors, bridal party gifts, speech writing assistance and anything else you may need guidance on to plan your perfect event!

All of our packages can be combined, or modified to suit your needs. Greater Good Events also offers long term planning solutions for multiple or repeat events.
